We are looking for an individual who will possess a deep understanding and experience in selling comprehensive and custom software solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to mainly outbound sales, focusing on establishing and nurturing business relationships and building a robust network of contacts.
In this role, you will:
- develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities.
- leverage your network and industry knowledge to help clients choose EL Passion as their partner by understanding their needs and goals, educating them, and creating offers for tailored solutions
- be the face of EL Passion in contact with Clients, their advisor, and the bridge between the client and EL Passion
- negotiate the terms of collaboration & close the deals
- build strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales cycle and ensuring the highest quality of service
- stay abreast of industry trends, market challenges, and competitive landscape to adjust strategies accordingly
- collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with the latest market demands and innovations
- travel abroad and participate in networking events to build brand recognition and build relationships face-to-face if that will be needed
- achieve sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and market presence
To succeed, you need to:
- have at least four years of proven experience in an independent sales role
- be experienced specifically in selling software solutions in an international environment
- have a well-established network of contacts in the industry and a thorough understanding of the market
- have experience in acquiring and working with corporations
- have a track record of leading tender bids
- keeping up to date with business opportunities related to obtaining public funds for the development of digital projects by potential clients
- speak excellent business English and Polish (both at least C1)
- have a dynamic, open, and courageous personality, willing to try different approaches and take initiative
- have a keen interest in market trends, with business acumen and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments
- have a drive for self-improvement, sharing knowledge, giving and accepting feedback
- NICE TO HAVES: additional languages, a good understanding of VC financing
