We're looking for an experienced UX Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences and thrives in direct collaboration with clients. What you’ll do:
- Lead UX workshops and discovery sessions with clients to understand business goals and user needs.
- Act as a strategic partner in pre-sales conversations: help scope projects, propose solutions, and clearly communicate our design approach.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, and project managers.
- Contributing to projects through all Design Process Stages
- Creating UX-driven prototypes
- Testing your designs with users and refining them based on the learnings
- Use modern design tools to create user flows, personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Ensure design consistency and usability across projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for software, web, and/or mobile applications
- Solid understanding of UX and UI principles, patterns, and best practices
- Proven ability to conduct user research, client workshops, and discovery sessions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and the value of UX to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in scoping digital products and preparing documentation for proposals
- Interest in or experience with HR Tech products, such as data visualization, dashboards, or employee engagement tools
- Ability to design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative product development
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers within a team
- Proficiency in working with design systems and maintaining consistent style guides
- A strong, well-structured portfolio showcasing your UX process and final designs
- Expert-level skills in Figma, including the use of helpful plugins and components
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on clear, constructive communication
- Nice to have - basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, native mobile), along with Apple HIG and Google Material Design guidelines
- Comfortable communicating with clients in English (C1 or strong B2 level), fluent in Polish
