WebSockets

What are WebSockets?

WebSockets are a communication protocol that provides full-duplex communication channels over a single TCP connection.

This technology enables real-time data transfer between a client and a server, allowing for interactive and dynamic web applications.

Unlike traditional HTTP requests, which are stateless and require a new request for each piece of data, WebSockets establish a persistent connection that allows for continuous communication.
